What is Autocallbox?
Autocallbox is an online service for homeowners and renters that have unattended callbox access systems, to allower/deny access to visitors. When visitors arrive at the callbox they contact the resident they are visiting by using the callbox. Instead of calling the resident directly, the callbox will dial Autocallbox instead.
Autocallbox Visitor Verification
When a visitor uses a callbox to visit an Autocallbox user:- Autocallbox answers the call
- Autocallbox prompts the visitor to speak their name or passcode
- Autocallbox listens for the visitor's response
- Autocallbox compares the visitor's response to the Autocallbox user's call list
- If the visitor provides an answer on the call list, Autocallbox lets the visitor in
- If the visitor is unable to be verified, Autocallbox forwards the visitor's call to the Autocallbox user
